Welcome to Lontonn Motorcycle Company. By renting or purchasing a motorcycle through our website or directly through our team, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Rental Services
1.1 Scope of Service
Lontonn provides premium adventure motorcycles for rent across Morocco. Our fleet consists of high-standard, well-maintained motorcycles ideal for touring and off-road travel.
1.2 Rental Requirements
Riders must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid motorcycle license.
A valid passport and international driving permit (if applicable) must be presented.
A security deposit (advance money) is required at the time of booking.
1.3 Insurance & Add-ons
Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals (subject to excess/deductibles).
Riding gear (helmets, jackets, gloves) is available upon request. Additional charges apply.
1.4 Mechanical Issues & Bike Replacement
In case of any mechanical fault or breakdown not caused by the rider, Lontonn will replace the motorcycle free of charge anywhere in Morocco
If the damage is caused by rider negligence or misuse, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
2. Rider Responsibilities
Riders must operate motorcycles responsibly and in accordance with Moroccan traffic laws.
Any traffic fines, towing, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the rider.
The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear.
In the event of an accident or theft, the rider must notify Lontonn immediately and file a police report.
3. Refunds & Cancellations (Rentals)
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees).
Cancellations within 7 days of the start date may incur a 25% fee.
No refunds will be issued for early returns.
4. Motorcycle Sales
4.1 Product Quality
All motorcycles sold by Lontonn are inspected and delivered to the highest standards of safety and performance.
4.2 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 1-month money-back guarantee on all motorcycle sales. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the bike within 30 days, subject to:
The motorcycle being returned in original condition without major damage or alteration.
Mileage limits and wear guidelines specified in the sales contract.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Lontonn is not liable for:
Any personal injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the use of our motorcycles.
Delays or disruptions due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
Riders participate in motorcycle tours and rentals at their own risk.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved through local courts unless otherwise stated.
